Please read these Terms and Conditions before browsing, creating an account, or placing an order with Serqua.

1. Agreement and eligibility

This website is operated by Serqua Private Limited (“Serqua”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law. If you use the website for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Website and customer accounts

You agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep access to your email, phone and customer account secure. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use.

The present website is a preview and some commerce features will activate after Shopify integration. Once enabled, Shopify and connected payment or delivery providers may support customer accounts, checkout, order processing and fulfilment.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, or use the website for fraudulent or illegal activity.

3. Product information and responsible use

We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, ingredients, quantities, prices and availability. Packaging, colour and appearance may vary, and information may be corrected before or after an order where permitted by law. Final formulation, label directions and warnings shown on delivered packaging take priority over preview website content.

Read the product label and use products only as directed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, have a medical condition or allergy, take medication, or have questions about whether a supplement is appropriate for you. Stop use and seek advice if you experience an adverse reaction.

4. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and will state whether applicable taxes are included. Delivery charges, discounts and the final payable amount will be shown at checkout. We may change prices and promotions prospectively without affecting an accepted order.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation of acceptance or dispatch, subject to stock, payment verification, serviceability and fraud checks. We may cancel or limit an order for legitimate reasons and will refund any amount collected for cancelled items through the original payment method where practicable.

Available payment methods, including cash on delivery where eligible, will be shown at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or third-party payment providers under their own terms.

5. Shipping, delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by location, carrier operations, public holidays, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Current estimates and eligibility are shown during checkout and on our Help page.

Review your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns, replacements and refunds are subject to applicable law and the policy displayed at the time of purchase. For hygiene and safety, opened or used ingestible products may not be returnable except where defective, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or otherwise required by law. Contact us with your order number and supporting photographs before returning any item.

6. Intellectual property and third-party services

The Serqua name, branding, website design, copy, product imagery and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Serqua and may not be reproduced, modified or commercially used without permission.

The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as Shopify, payment providers, delivery partners, WhatsApp and Instagram. Their services are governed by their respective terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites outside our control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We do not exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights available to consumers under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Serqua is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by misuse contrary to product directions, or interruptions arising from events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

8. Changes, governing law and disputes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to our store, products, partners or legal obligations. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern. Courts and consumer dispute-resolution bodies with jurisdiction under applicable Indian law may hear unresolved disputes.
